What is this course about?
This course discusses concepts of residential real estate investing. With the goal of helping people build wealth over time. It covers concepts such as wholesaling, fix and flip, buy and hold and the BRRRR method. It illustrates how to calculate the purchase price for a fix and flip and a buy and hold, how to analyze a market, finance deals and conduct due diligence.

This course is for those who want to learn how to invest in real estate to build wealth over time. Most of the investors that take this course are beginning their investing journey and others are intermediate investors looking to hone in their skills and learn other types of investing to add to their exit strategies.

Who are you and why should I take your course?
I am an active investor, I have been buying, remodeling and selling properties since 2015. I became a licensed GC so I could take care of my own flips and I also GC projects for other investors. I have made money and lost money, I have seen a lot in this business, the good, the bad and the ugly. I have always wanted to teach real estate investing, I actually used to teach college a long time ago and I feel that the best way to share my knowledge and experience is through the creation of this course that I hope you find useful.

What is the structure of the course?
The course is built on on-demand, which means that you take it as you go and learn at your own pace. You can watch the modules when you want and go back and forth as you make progress. The course is really nicely built, as it will show you progression and where you are in the journey. The course is also very robust, full of content, there are 5 modules, 12 videos, 5 excel spreadsheets with formulas to calculate different things, PDFs, check lists and guides to help you define your vision and keep you accountable.

Do you offer one-on-one coaching?
The course includes a 1-hour one-on-one call that you can schedule at the end of the course. Though if you have questions at any time, you can always reach out to me for help. I also offer extended one-on-one coaching after taking the course. You can reach out to me to discuss at any time.
